About

The SEED Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership education and development program, which unites classroom learning with co-curricular learning (learning that is complementary to coursework) since both types of learning are essential for leadership development.  There are four Guiding Principles, which are woven throughout the program: Service, Ethics, Engagement and Diversity.  The program is structured into four Learning Stages (mirroring Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle), which balance structure with flexibility since students are able to go through the stages in the order of their choosing.

The SEED Leadership Program is free and helps Mason students to distinguish themselves as leaders who have shown a commitment to Service, Ethics, Engagement and Diversity.
