Learning Outcomes
The program will start with clear learning outcomes (to be developed), propose a developmental progression, link theory and experiential education and rely on evaluation and assessment. The program will also allow enough flexibility for students to tailor their experiences to their particular interests and needs. Interdisciplinary collaboration will be essential for a successful leadership program focused on ethics and intercultural understanding and it will be very important to reach out to a variety of constituents. Ideally, all students involved in this program will have an advisor/mentor/coach to help them solidify their learning and actively reflect upon their experiences.
